General Solutions: We retain rights to general methodologies and reusable components developed outside of client-specific engagements.

Where our products connect users to social programs and community resources, we rely on publicly available program information and attribute our sources. We do not fabricate data, program details, or rankings, and we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information we present.

Your business information and proprietary data remain confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects, including government and public-sector engagements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
