By accessing or using NPAT LLC's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

NPAT LLC provides technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• Software development and patches
• Security fixes and CVE remediation
• App store compliance and rejection recovery
• Server hardening and configuration
• DNS and email setup
• Website optimization and fixes

3. Engagement Process

Project Initiation: Work begins after signed agreement and payment.

Timeline Estimates: Time estimates are provided for guidance. Actual completion times may vary based on project complexity.

Communication: Client must provide timely responses to information requests to avoid delays.

4. Pricing and Payment

Fixed Price Services: Advertised prices are for standard scope. Custom requirements may incur additional fees.

Payment Terms: Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted Methods: We accept payment via Stripe, bank transfer, and other methods as agreed.

Currency: All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee:

• If we cannot complete the agreed work, you receive a full refund
• Refunds must be requested within 14 days of service completion
• Refunds do not apply to work already delivered and accepted
• Custom development work has specific refund terms outlined in project agreements

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and requirements
• Grant necessary access credentials securely
• Review deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Maintain backups of your systems before work begins
• Not hold us liable for pre-existing system issues

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality:

• Your business information remains confidential
• We do not share your proprietary code or data
• Credentials are stored securely and deleted after project completion
• We may use general lessons learned for future clients (without identifying information)

8. Intellectual Property

Your Property: You retain all rights to your existing code, content, and intellectual property.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the deliverables we create for you.

General Solutions: We retain rights to general methodologies and solutions developed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss (maintain your own backups)
• We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services

10. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on fixes and configurations:

• Issues arising from our work will be addressed at no additional cost
• Warranty does not cover issues caused by client changes or third-party updates
• Emergency fixes have specific warranty terms as outlined in agreements

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement:

• With written notice for ongoing services
• Immediate termination for breach of terms
• Prorated refund for prepaid unused services

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
